TDEE + Macro Calculator
Find your daily calorie needs and macronutrient targets.
ℹ How it works
BMR is calculated with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the most validated formula for the general population. It is then multiplied by a Harris-Benedict activity factor to get your TDEE. Protein is set to 2 g/kg bodyweight; fat to 25% of calories; the remainder goes to carbohydrates.
