Four lifestyle markers are scored against healthy reference ranges and weighted into a 0–100 index: resting heart rate (25%), waist-to-height ratio (25%), sleep duration (20%), and weekly active days (30%). A smoking penalty is applied on top. This is a lifestyle self-assessment tool, not a medical measurement or diagnostic instrument.
